No. We can host up to 135 in the day and maximum 200 in the evening…or if you want less guests this is fine as we would simply tweak the packages to suit your needs and requirements.

No, all catering must be done by the Glendower.

Absolutely! The Glendower can provide a list of recommended suppliers to help you plan your big day such as florists, venue dressers, photographers, wedding cakes and car hire.

We have different sized tables to cater for different numbers. If you want to check your preferred table plan, please ask your wedding coordinator and we can inform you if it’s doable.

As part of the wedding packages, all guests receive the same meal (apart from dietary requirements). Alternatively you can give your guests a choice menu of 2 meat and 1 vegetarian/vegan option per course. To offer a choice menu, this is £3 per person supplement fee and pre-orders are required 1 month before the wedding.

The bar in the Georgian Suite has to close at 12am Friday-Sunday, Monday-Thursday 11pm. If you have residents staying at the hotel, the residents can carry on drinking in the residents bar.

All guests attending your wedding must book direct to receive the discounted rate, please call 01253 723241. When they quote your wedding, naturally the reception team will give the discounted rates. Please note all discounted accommodation only applies the night of the wedding only and all guests must pay £25 per room to secure their booking. Bedroom bookings go live 1 year before your wedding date.
